Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for all cruise packages provided by Grinnell Travel, unless other terms and conditions are specified in the package information.

• Round-trip air transportation arranged by the cruise line.
• Round-trip transfers between the airports and piers.
• Shipboard accomodations.
• All meals and entertainment on board ship.

• Port charges/fees. (Amounts noted with itinerary.)
• Optional cancellation waiver/insurance.
• Items of a purely personal nature.
• Optional shore excursions.
• Gratuities on board ship.

HOW TO PAY: A deposit is required at the time of reservation and is refundable until the cancellation penalties begin. Please refer to the cruise line's published brochure. If you do not have a brochure, you may call or visit one of our offices. Checks should be made payable to Grinnell Travel. American Express, Visa and Mastercard and Discover Card are always accepted.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Please refer to the Cruise lines brochure for cancellation policies. The cruise line will make no exceptions if the insurance is not purchased. Grinnell Travel cannot be responsible for any penalties imposed by the cruise line.

DOCUMENTATION: All U.S. citizens are required to carry with them proof of citizenship. This may be in the form of a valid passport or birth certificate with a raised seal accompanied by a form of photo identification. Passports may be required for some cruises. Please call us for the required documentation.

AIRLINE SCHEDULES: Air schedules are at the discretion of the cruise line. Grinnell Travel has no control over the equipment/air schedule/seat assignments or carrier chosen. Itineraries are provided to Grinnell Travel approximately 21 days prior to travel. For those of you who would prefer to choose your air arrangements, you may request a air deviation. The cruise line will not accept your request less than 90 days prior to sailing. A nominal fee will be charged by the cruise line for this service.
