Travel insurance is available and can be purchased at any time prior to or at the time of final payment.  In order to cover a pre-existing medical condition, insurance must be purchased at time of deposit.  Travel insurance cannot be purchased after final payment has been made.  Suppliers will not make exceptions to penalty policies for any reason.   Grinnell Travel cannot accept responsibility for moneys not returnable due to cancellation fees or defaults.  Any questions should be directed to Grinnell Travel Agency.
